Lone has several years of experience in the consultancy industry with a focus on public organizations involving tasks such as recruitment and coaching, among others. She has managed numerous successful recruitment processes and has been involved in coaching and professional consultancy for many years.
Lone brings extensive leadership experience from both the public sector and the education sector. She has served as a vice director at Aalborg University, School Director in Aalborg Municipality, as well as a Lecturer and Educational Leader in Teacher Education.
